Agreement

These terms govern your use of the CompassOS waitlist website at getcompassos.com, which is run by ARDC LLC ("CompassOS", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms take effect on September 28, 2026. They cover the waitlist site only. The CompassOS application will have its own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It tells us you want to hear when CompassOS is ready, and nothing more. It does not create an account, reserve a spot, or guarantee that you will get access to CompassOS.

We may change the product, the launch date, the pricing and who gets access, and we may pause or close the waitlist, at any time and without notice. Descriptions and screenshots on the site show what we are building and may differ from the final product.

Using the site

Use the site only for lawful purposes and only to learn about CompassOS or join the waitlist. When you join, give us your own email address, not someone else's.

Do not scrape or copy the site in bulk, submit addresses in bulk or by automated means, probe or test the security of the site, interfere with how it works, or try to reach parts of it that are not public.

Emails

By joining the waitlist you agree to receive emails from us about CompassOS launch news and getting access. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time or write to hello@getcompassos.com. Unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist emails.

Our content

The site, including its text, design, screenshots, logo and the CompassOS name, belongs to ARDC LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and share its link. You may not copy, modify or reuse our content or branding for other purposes without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Disclaimers and limit of liability

The site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent the law allows, ARDC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Because the waitlist is free, our total liability for any claim related to it is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, and in those places they apply only as far as the law permits.

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia will handle any dispute, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
